**Job Description**:
Do you think and work fast on your feet? Do you enjoy helping others? Do you provide 'service with a smile'?

In this role you will be responsible for making sure our customers receive fast service at the checkout and that they feel valued. You have a lot of patience and like helping people; it takes a lot to get you flustered and finding a solution to a problem is part of the great service you offer.

As this role is based in our Self Service checkout area, it also involves playing an active role in loss prevention to ensure no theft is taking place, ensuring the area is always customer ready (bags stocked, areas tidy), and being mobile to best respond to the needs of the customers and guiding them to the next available checkout.

**There is one permanent position with the following hours**:

- ** Friday & Saturday 4pm - 8pm**

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have;
- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role - preferable but not essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
