The core purpose being to assist with the development of the firm’s business and marketing strategies in order to achieve the commercial goals of the firm. This will be achieved through the creation, execution and delivery of the firm’s business and marketing strategies to ensure they are top of mind in the Wellington and Rotorua markets for their existing and potential clients.

**The role**:

- Content creation and digital marketing management
- Managing digital campaigns including SEM, SEO and paid and organic social campaigns
- Business Development and brand development
- Ensure the brand is represented accurately and appropriately, through client experience, digital marketing and brand awareness activities
- Stakeholder and project management
- Strategy development, budget and reporting
- Execute a consistent marketing strategy for the firm.

**You**:

- Have a valid work visa prior to job offer or be a NZ citizen or resident
- Ambitious, confident, creative, professional manner and self-motivated
- 2-3 years working experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Good understanding of the internet and knowledge of e-commerce trends
- An analytical mind for reviewing marketing reports and results of marketing efforts
- A good sound writing sound writing style, including the ability to edit and draft articles and newsletters.
