**The Role**

As a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer, you will work closely with our clients across a variety of industries, advising on how to use D365 F&O technology to meet their business objectives. You’ll work in partnership to understand their key objectives, then design and consult on technology decisions and best approach. You’ll be our expert in the D365 F&O platform, the absolute go-to in your region and you’ll be comfortable working with C-level executives, leveraging your specialist knowledge to add value to all your projects.

**What you'll own**
- Provide quality assurance across solutions and client engagements to ensure all development is done to the highest standard
- Assist with setting up of environments and ensuring processes are being followed
- Development, configuration engagements and infrastructure delivery
- Compose detailed design and technical specifications and data models for large scale projects
- Develop solution prototypes to prove solution approach and design

**What you'll need**
- Be a specialist and have solid, proven technical experience in D365 F&O solutions
- Have a strong understanding of wider Microsoft technologies with the ability to present their benefits to existing and potential clients
- Full understanding of Dynamics F&O/AX development: X++ and an understanding of D365 F&O architecture
- Experience in Azure technologies
