**NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CLIENT ENAGEMENT**
- Cold calling and setting up meetings with prospects
- Connect with within current client base
- Submit weekly forecast and WIP progress to GM
- Conduct client quarterly reviews
- Understanding best sales “sweet spot” opportunity and identifying right client for Fusion with repeat order scenarios
- Reviewing/Auditing prospect’s current procurement process and suggesting improved solution
- Negotiating payment terms with clients in agreement prior to securing order
- Set up client annual or bi-annual health checks with clients
- Identify new opportunities to support other business units for packaging and display
- Assist with strategy for new business pitches and tenders
- Working with different teams on briefs and quoting opportunities with admin support from Sales Support member
- Ensure we have client retention program and report any risk to the General Manager
- 100% client retention

- Strong and effective sales skills in negotiating and closing deals
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans in one’s own territory to response to market activity
- Motivation, a sense of initiative and strong business acumen
- Analytical mindset with accurate record keeping, reporting and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
- A high level of organisation, time-management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both as part of a wider national team and autonomously
- Passion and thirst for retail knowledge and excellence.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $70,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
