Job Description: As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, engaging with potential donors in direct, in-person interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire individuals to support our cause through regular monthly donations. By utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will play a vital role in acquiring new donors and building long-term relationships to sustain our fundraising efforts and with it, live with the knowledge that you help enable other caring people to help make the world just a little bit better each day.

**Responsibilities**:
Engage with members of the public in face-to-face interactions, such as street fundraising, and events.

Effectively communicate the mission, goals, and impact of our organization to potential donors.

Inspire and motivate individuals to make regular monthly donations, highlighting the importance of their support.

Build rapport and establish a connection with potential donors, actively listening to their concerns, questions, and feedback.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the organization and addressing any objections or queries raised by potential donors.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's programs, initiatives, and success stories to effectively convey the impact of donor contributions.

Collect and accurately record donor information and contributions in compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve individual and team fundraising targets.

Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on organizational campaigns, messaging, and fundraising strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.

Strong persuasive abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating potential donors to support the organization's cause.

Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection positively and professionally.

Confidence in initiating conversations and approaching strangers in a friendly and respectful manner.

Empathy and active listening skills to understand and address donor concerns effectively.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.

Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices, particularly in face-to-face fundraising (previous experience is a plus).

Integrity and adherence to ethical fundraising practices and privacy regulations.

**Salary**: $22.70 - $23.67 per hour
