Building Assessor

Reporting directly to the Asset Management & Technical Service Lead, we have an opportunity for a Building Assessor to join our team in Auckland or Wellington, with the potential to travel and deliver condition assessment projects nationwide. **This is a fixed term six-month contract.**
- Have a relevant tertiary engineering/trade qualification, or appropriate building assessment experience
- Have a good understanding of building codes, theory and project management
- Be inquisitive and analytical in nature
- Be solutions focused with a 'can-do attitude', looking to provide effective value-added outcomes
- Have strong communication and reporting skills
- Have a high commitment to quality, HSE and environmental management
- Be self-motivated and driven towards commercial success
