**What you'll do**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, to define market entry strategies and develop product roadmaps for new markets.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather customer feedback, conduct user testing, and validate product concepts in target markets.
- Develop prototypes, proof of concepts (POCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs) to test and validate market demand and feasibility.
- Analyze customer data, usage patterns, and feedback to improve product features, functionality, and user experience iteratively.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility, optimize product performance, and support efficient manufacturing processes.
- Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, suppliers, and vendors to support product development and distribution in new markets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements, providing product enhancements and differentiation recommendations.
- Support go-to-market activities, including product launch planning, sales enablement, and marketing collateral development.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product development, engineering, or a related role, preferably focusing on new market entry and growth.
- Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Solid understanding of product development processes, including ideation, prototyping, validation, and launch.
- Proficiency in using product management tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms to drive effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical expertise and familiarity with product engineering principles, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
