We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full time Programme Manager to join the Digital Justice Services Team, Digital Office.
This is a leadership role within the Digital Justice Services team which will have a significant input into how Digital Services are delivered and supported across the Ministry. The Programme Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of assigned programmes and projects of work within their assigned services, ensuring that the associated delivery complies with specified system and operational requirements, as well as within agreed timeframes, budget and quality measures. The position is accountable for the coherence and integrity of the programme, for stakeholder communications and providing direction, leadership, and support to an assigned team of project practitioners.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- A collaborative and inclusive working style - A proven ability to build and manage strong working relationships - Experience managing or delivering projects, and experience with project management principles. Experience in building and grow confident and skilled people and teams.

**Experience and knowledge**:

- Experience in managing a Digital work programme (2 to 3 years)

Experience in building and grow confident and skilled people and teams. Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- People Management Experience (3-4 years).

Utu ā-tau/Salary

**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for this role will be between $122, 745 - $171, 640 based on skills and experience.
