**Product Design Manager** is a new role at Fergus to help lead, mentor & grow a small team of designers. This role is a key leadership role helping to define, design and deliver the best possible product experiences for Fergus web and mobile product overseeing the design vision and contributing direction for the Fergus. You will be assisting other Designers and Product Managers through collaboration, feedback, and mentoring as well as working on your own design tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of Product Design experience delivering impactful outcomes through strategic thinking & creative problem-solving.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Design Leader, managing, mentoring and helping the design team grow.
- Demonstrated success in achieving business results using clear goals and KPIs through collaboration with the Product Manager & Tech Leads.
- Proven ability to advocate design decision by sharing your work/the teamwork and presenting cross-functionally while being able to articulate design rationale.
- Experienced in leading and contributing pro-actively to the overall design practices & culture of the design team.
- Strong communication ability both written and verbal with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- People leadership, able to coach, mentor and grow a team.
- Must also have a portfolio/case studies demonstrating end to end design process and the impact made through it.
