**About the role**

The Human Resource/ Health and Safety Compliance Manager provides guidance, compliance and support to the team. An active leadership role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing a robust framework to manage the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and contractors.

You will be confident and approachable, with a “can do” attitude to get various programmes running efficiently. This being a split role no week will be the same.

**Duties**
- Conduct robust incident investigations
- Manage risks and hazards
- Site and safety audits
- Update WHS and SWP’s as required
- Safety meetings and reports
- Staff training
- Meticulous record keeping
- Manging all aspects of HR

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Human Resource study - desirable
- High risk background
- IT Savvy
- BeWare system experience - desirable.
