We’re looking for a talented Maintenance Specialist to help us keep the good energy flowing.

In this interesting and varied role you will will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of all Firstlight Network Routine Asset inspection and Maintenance programmes. You'll ensure all maintenance plans are kept up to date in our system (Maximo) and providing regular reporting on progress and issues.

You'll also be responsible for managing Corrective Maintenance as and when it arises, and along with contractor management, will be a key part of this role.

This role is based at our Gisborne office however will require some travel from time to time to complete onsite audits.

Along with your relevant trade and/or tertiary qualification, and 5+ years working knowledge and experience in the electricity distribution industry you will have:

- Strong skills in work management. Planning, organising, leading and controlling maintenance outcomes.
- Detailed working knowledge of NZ Electrical regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in CMMS systems.
