Due to continued strong workflows, there is an opportunity for an experienced solicitor with litigation experience to join the firm. The scope of litigation and dispute resolution will be broad and will include commercial and civil disputes and providing advice on contentious issues in the areas of: insurance law, media law, defamation, competition law, product liability, liability insurance, insolvency, wills and trust disputes. The partners' work style is inclusive and consultative with an excellent focus on open communication, both within the team and with the partnership. **About You**
- A NZ qualified solicitor with approximately 3-6 years' experience (more or less) in general civil and/or commercial litigation law. This experience may be from either a top tier firm, well-regarded mid-tier, boutique firm, or even large provincial practice role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with 'can do' attitude.
