IT Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician for our business in Auckland

**Duties**:

- Diagnosis the technical faults or issues and troubleshoot them accordingly
- Repairing, replacing parts and debugging of various mobile phones, smartphones, laptops, tablets and other peripheral devices such as printers, speakers, cameras and more
- Operating software’s and systems for all the confidential information related to customers and the company
- Managing database and providing updated reports of operations to management

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Should be able to work on weekends

To be eligible for this role you should have New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa, possess a full, clean NZ driver's licence and have a clean criminal record.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
