We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a knack for problem-solving. This hands-on role offers great variety — from providing face-to-face tech support and building or configuring machines, to assisting with hardware setup and contributing to exciting tech projects.

- Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- In-depth knowledge of M365, AD/AAD, Intune and ConfigMgr
- Familiar with video conferencing system
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology or related experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Able to work flexible hours and on-call roster
- Bonus_
- Nice to have experience includes skills in PowerShell scripting, ServiceNow, Citrix Technology, Confluence, software packaging, cloud offerings, GPO, and DNS.
