Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm

- Based in Central Dunedin

**About the Role**
Our Operations Support acts as support to the branch by managing our in-store warehouse, and taking responsibility for all warehouse daily activities which include:

- Following up all customer orders
- Maintaining customer support, incoming and outgoing
- Tracking product with our Inventory Management System
- Fielding customer feedback and resolve or escalate customer complaints
- Ensuring Health & Safety is complied with at all times
- Working to installation deadlines
- Manging scheduling set up for installations
- Working within our internal database (previous CRM experience desired)

This position is Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4:30pm, and perfect for someone who is detail oriented and results driven

**Skills and Experience**
We need a driven and well organised individual who has strong customer service skills and a background in logistics, from planning to delivery. Liaising with internal team members, installers and suppliers, no two days are the same in this fast-paced role.
- Fork hoist License is highly beneficial
- Previous industry or scheduling experience is a bonus
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Strong administrative skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
