About the role:

- Our Trade Centres operate a little different to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution.
- We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up.
- Everything from timber, Fibre Cement, cladding, windows, doors and appliances.
- Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

What’s involved:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and site supervisors- Provide a high level of customer service to Bunnings trade customers, ensuring end to end service- Includes efficient quotations, processing of sales orders, working with merchandise and suppliers to source products- Delivery to customer satisfaction- Completing complex bulk quotes, reducing lead times, and being the trade expert across all trade segments- Build strong customer, Account Manager and store network relationships- Deliver on commercial strategy and store KPIs
