**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Digital Ad Ops Manager
- the role will focus on the day-to-day facilitation of digital advertising and traffic into NZME’s advertising services. You will do this through ad operations, campaign management and sales support.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating and loading all digital campaigns into the advertising system.
- Effectively supporting the sales team and liaising with account managers on campaign details.
- Manage the booking and billing system.
- Providing excellent overall customer service.

**About you**:
The role requires an administratively competent individual who is a great problem solver with the ability to think on their feet. You will need to have amazing organisational abilities, attention to detail, is highly motivated and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude is a must

This is an ideal role for a marketing or digital graduate, or an individual with at least a years’ experience working in a digital media environment. You’ll be well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. You’ll know your way around a spreadsheet
