Our client has a well-recognised brand, and across their category they lead the sector here in Canterbury. The business has a strong retail presence, along with a B2B sales channel, and a consistent track record of growth, achieved by offering a superior product range with excellent customer service and after sales care that keeps customers coming back.

The Retail Operations Manager is a central role in the leadership team and will work with the Directors to continue developing a business environment, where staff can grow, develop and thrive. While ongoing sales growth is always a key focus, the business realises that this is achieved by investing in their staff. Supported by 3 Branch Managers and one field based Representative, the role is actively engaged in coaching and supporting the team, as well as managing the relationships with key suppliers, so also has a commercial management and operations component. Experience in leveraging social media as part of marketing/advertising planning is also advantageous.
