**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a passionate individual to work with our iconic Audio brands.

As a Commercial Integration Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of delivering top-notch integrated campaigns across our Entertaiment brands portfolio, mainly Flava and Radio Hauraki but with the opportunity to work across other NZME audio brands. This is your chance to shine in a role that blends creativity, strategy, and execution

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Support revenue targets**:

- Provide support to CI Managers and Leads in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Provide accurate valuation and pricing for integration products.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop customer-centric proposals/solutions.
- Ensure all solutions maintain brand integrity and drive audience engagement.

**Implementation & Campaign Management**:

- Support end-to-end implementation of sold campaigns, providing updates on performance and suggest optimisations.
- Brief internal stakeholders and manage approvals for campaign elements.
- Monitor campaign performance of live campaigns providing recommendations on campaign optimisation to the CI Lead and/or Manager to ensure client KPI’s are met
- Assist with major station sponsorship implementations, support commercial integrated campaign activations and prize distribution.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Ensure client activity aligns with proposals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.

**Administration, planning, and reporting**:

- Manage payroll for street teams and casual staff.
- Keep commercial integrated opportunities up to date.
- Accurately manage promotional calendars and collate materials for case studies.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Broadcasting, media, or business graduate.
- 0-2 years of radio or media experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commercially savvy and customer-centric.
- Proactive, driven, and a problem solver.
- Responsible and accountable.
