**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Integration Lead to work with iconic radio brand ZM. If you’re collaborative and love to developing innovative ideas for client campaign strategies, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role will see you responsible for driving revenue by developing integrated, highly engaging content solutions for clients. As a commercial expert, you will work in collaboration with the sales and content teams to create campaigns that resonate with ZM’s audiences.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to the achievement of the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets of ZM.
- Ensure commercial solutions maintain brand integrity and drive audience engagement, in turn delivering positive campaign outcomes.
- You will have experience in what drives brand engagement and you’re a passionate storyteller who has a proven track record of delivering tactical and strategic plans and partnerships.
- You have a knack for identifying trends and knowing what makes audiences tick, across brand, product and content.
- Implement creative proposals and briefs that fulfil the campaign requirements for the client.
- You enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders from Commercial Integration, Content, Production, Sound & Vision, Sales and Talent, as well as external business partners.
- Confidence in presenting tactical recommendations on behalf of your chosen brands to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure sales collateral for the brands is accurate and regularly updated.
- Being detail-orientated and meticulous is key and you will ensure campaigns and sponsorships are executed in line with customer expectations, on budget and within timeframe.
- Monitor performance over the campaign duration, providing recommendations on campaign optimisation to ensure client KPI’s are met.
- Ensuring collateral and other data is stored for post reporting and award entries
- Collation of post-campaign reporting.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Broadcasting, media or business qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years radio, media or media sales experience preferred.
- Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Commercially savvy and customer centric.
- A proactive problem solver and driven to succeed.
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Responsible and accountable.
