**Brew'd Island Bay is in need of a Shift Leader to lead their Gorilla Burger team**

The Gorilla Burger Shift Leader is responsible for the day to day operation of a shift. Your job is to make sure the team’s running efficiently, lead the team in completing required daily processes and help create a fun & positive working environment. A Shift Leader leads by example and works together with the Head Chef in stock management.

**What we need from you**:

- Ideally hospitality experience and some experience in leading a team.
- Can lead the team to create awesome customer experiences.
- Great team player focused on raising team morale
- Can handle working in high pressure environments
- Has good interpersonal skills and can communicate well
- Consistently demonstrates trustworthiness, integrity and professionalism
- Leads from the front
