You will be working for an organisation based in central Dunedin, providing business services to a number of local organisations.

**Your new role**

You will be working as the Centre Manager. Your responsibilities will be centred around leading the centre, and will include building and maintaining effective relationships, owning the space and having pride in the presentation, driving business through effective understanding of profitability, mentoring junior administrative staff, and being the point of contact for any issues or challenges.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be an enthusiastic personality, self motivated to succeed and highly organised. You will be a people person, enjoying not only interacting with but improving the business lives of individuals and organisations. You will also be a resilient individual, able to adapt to different paces of interaction. Ideally you will be available for a quick start, but this is not essential for your success.
