Stamford Plaza Auckland is currently working with the Ministry of Health & MBIE utilizing the hotel as a managed isolation facility. This is a temporary arrangement.

We are currently looking for an energetic, passionate, and experienced **Food & Beverage Duty Manager** to join our F&B team, who will be looking after smooth running of the hotel’s all food & beverage outlets including Conference events.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Preparing and planning for events and shifts.
- Planning and rostering staff according to business requirements.
- Ensuring high service standards are delivered to all customers and conducting on the job training when needed.
- Assisting in cost control and waste management.
- Supervising staff members throughout daily operations, giving assistance when needed.
- Ensuring accurate billing and cash-up procedures are maintained.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently & effectively.
- Ensuring the health and safety of guests and team.

**Role requirements**:

- Essential Knowledge of software systems such as Micros, Opera system.
- Hospitality qualification is required.
- LCQ certificate is essential.
- Experience working in fast paced restaurants and bar with immediate understanding of conference and events.
