**Mō tenei tūrana mahi | About this role
**As ACC’s new **Enterprise Lead - Strategic Integration **you will be leading an integrated programme of work and working collaboratively to create an integrated plan to deliver a single enterprise view of planning, performance, continuous delivery, and data and information at ACC.

There’s already a lot of great work underway, your role will play a pivotal part in bringing this work together to across our Strategy Engagement & Planning, Corporate & Finance and Enterprise Change Delivery groups; enabling ACC to meet our strategic goals, to understand performance, and to support decision-making that leads to improved outcomes for all.

In this high impact role, you will lead the identification of gaps, understanding of constraints and enterprise consideration of the requirements of the Strategy, Engagement & Planning operating model, to develop a clear picture of priorities and focus for improving and enhancing the way of working in the business group.

**A natural connector, you will be adept at bringing people and concepts together to drive change at a strategic level. Your background will reflect a depth of senior leadership experience in similarly complex government environments, with active involvement in the evolution of operating models that seek to improve outcomes for New Zealanders.

You’ll have excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills, with the ability to effectively influence and partner successfully with a range of key stakeholders across the business and externally. You’ll bring a natural curiosity for identifying better ways of working and you’ll thrive on the opportunity to lead through change, drive continuous improvement and support a high-performance culture.
