**1.** **Position**:Client Manager

**Purpose**:

- Managing the operations of Client
- Compliance with all healthy and safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain and grow **revenue** **in both existing and new markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate directly and e&ctively with growers and workers

Analyze clients' requirements and develop strategic plans for current and future needs

Select appropriate workers for specific sites and recruit additional workers

Determine staff requirements and recruit accordingly

Organist pre-employment and employment documents for field staff

Visit and assess work sites prior to any commencement of contracts Identify and resolve problems at work sites

Ensure that work sites are safe and all health and safety requirements are met at all times Conduct regular site inspections
- Ensure the well-being and pastoral care of all staff(transport and accommodation)
- Take appropriate actions following workplace accidents or injuries
- Ensure workers receive appropriate training
- Ensure all compliance to RSE program and immigration requirements are met
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for further growth and development

Requirements
- Flexiblity in work hours, and previous experience of 3 years in horticulture/Agriculture or customer services or a level 4 certificate qualification is mandatory.
