We're looking for a motivated lender with exceptional communication skills to join our Queensgate Team at Kiwibank. Making a difference for all Kiwi starts with making a difference for our people. In this key role, you will be working as part of our tight-knit and supportive team to help deliver to our ambition to make every Kiwi more financially successful. You will be using your individual personality and interpersonal style to make a connection with your customer; work to understand their broader financial needs and goals; and provide the appropriate solution where you can.

- Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about what you do - experience in lending will be advantage we want you to hit the ground running & DLA would be a huge advantage
- Have great attention to detail, exceptional communications skills & ability to get things done right the first time.
- Proven ability to grow sustainable relationships.
- Banking experience or exposure to the financial services industry is essential.
- Can think “outside the box” to provide a solution to delight the customer

Hours are Tuesday to Saturday (08.30 - 17.00) total 40 per week.
