The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the dairy plant. This role encompasses coordinating office functions, managing site documentation, supporting compliance activities, and liaising with various teams to streamline operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain and organize office systems, including filing and record-keeping (both physical and digital).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items.

**Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure all site documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), is up to date and accessible.
- Assist with maintaining records for health and safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the preparation for audits and inspections by external bodies.

**Financial Administration**

Create purchase orders for stock and services in accordance with company policies.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Update internal stakeholders with supplier information including product ranges, delivery updates etc

**Operational Support**
- Manage site inventories for office and plant supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Recording daily consumptions
- Support onboarding of new employees by preparing documents, equipment, and inductions.
- You do not have any conflict of interest (actual or potential) that could affect your work with (Olam Orchards Australia Pty Ltd) or ofi New Zealand (ofi)
- You are not a party to any existing agreement or arrangement that may compromise or influence your decision while working with ofi, including on relation to any supplier, customer or competitor or ofi
- You have no family members, friends or other associates who are employed by ofi or who has direct or indirect interest in any supplier, customer of ofi and
- You will notify your supervisor immediately if any such relationship arises during the course of your employment

**We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs, and you must be able to pass our pre-employment medical / drug screening.
