Te Pare ō Toi is looking for a Toi Ora Change Leader to join our leadership team to implement our new strategy, Te Toi Ahorangi - Te Rautaki a Toi 2030. **What you can expect day-to-day**: The Toi Oranga Mokopuna will work closely with Te Pou Umanga - Business Leader of Te Pare ō Toi to play a key role in the leadership team in the ongoing monitoring of health services and undertaking of programme improvement work. This will include: - co-design of Toi Ora outcomes with Hauora Māori Providers and non-Māori NGO's (External Partner Organisations) in the Bay of Plenty; - alignment to and implementation of Te Toi Ahorangi 2030 Toi Ora Strategy Ngā Au Rangi strategic currents; and - enabling the vision of flourishing descendants of Toi. The role reports to the Pou Umanga and will be responsible for: - the development, management and monitoring of Toi Oranga Mokopuna agreements - providing equity focused change and mahi tahi approaches. - supporting the operational elements of Te Pare o Toi - enabling effective partnering to collectively respond to the needs of Tangata Whenua / Māori communities. **We are looking for**: - an experienced contracts and agreements manager, preferably those that have worked within the health contracting space - ideally, an excellent influencer with >10 years health experience with proven strategic and Māori expertise. - demonstrated ability to transfer Te Aō Māori views, concepts, knowledge and practices for collective responsiveness. - demonstrates high level of analytical, written, IT, oral skills and scholarship. - experience working with strategic health governance groups and or iwi health boards. - demonstrates, exudes and embeds behaviours consistent with He Pou Oranga Tāngata Whenua and the BOPDHB Manaakitanga value.
