We are seeking a courageous, passionate, and driven individual who is inspired by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and wants to be part of leading a paradigm shift toward Toi Ora within Te Moana a Toi.
Te Pare ō Toi is a ‘Change engine' for Toi Ora as we progress our strategy, Te Toi Ahorangi Rautaki 2030.
Te Pou Kōkiri advocate and maintain the standards and quality of delivery of He Pou Oranga Tangata Whenua through the cornerstones of Ngā Pou Mana o Io - Mana Atua, Mana Tupuna, Mana Whenua, Mana Moana and Mana Tangata that underpin our Māori worldview.
This position reports to the Pou Taahu supporting the Toitiaki, Pou Tikanga and Pou Haumanu with Toi Ora programs, innovations and outcomes.
As a Bay of Plenty District Health Board Regional Service, there may be opportunities to work across the boundaries of Mai I nga Kuri a Wharei ki Tihirau, mai Maketu ki Tongariro.

**He Kōrero mōu - About You**
- Fluency in Te Reo Māori
- Proficiency with Tikanga and Kawa
- Sound understanding and awareness of traditional Māori health care models and rongoa
- Experience working Iwi, hapu, whānau
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to Te Reo me ōna Tikanga.
- Demonstrates, exudes, and embeds behaviours consistent with the BOPDHB Manaakitanga values.
