- Sufficient strength and fitness to deal with the challenge of merchandising product deliveries and walking the department.
- A down to earth personality that focuses on how we can do what we need to do.

**The focus of the role**:

- You will be part of a team that helps to inspire, create and assist our local community with their DIY projects
- You will need to have strong color and paint knowledge
- You need to help our customers when they come to us to help them create, inspire and design their homes and projects.
- We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable paint team member to help them.
