**About the role**
In this highly autonomous role, your key focus will be servicing, maintaining, and growing the Dulux and Woodcare customer base. You will be given an existing portfolio to continue to develop and get continued buy-in from customers with the expectation to grow this portfolio and for this, you will be rewarded
When not out and about you’ll use CRM tools to plan for the days ahead, creating an effective sales plan for you to achieve your own personal and team goals.
- Please note, weekend work will be required._
**Responsibilities**
- Managing a portfolio of customers, driving sales opportunities and being the face of the brand
- Building trust and influencing customers by demonstrating sound brand and product knowledge along with local area market knowledge
- Executing strategies to create demand and achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Managing your time effectively and planning, to maintain your customer visits and call cycles
- Monthly regional travel will be required.

**Skills & Experience**
**To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated retail sales experience within a similar environment and a natural ability to influence stakeholders.**
**Ideally you can demonstrate**:
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, build rapport and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communications and a high level of business acumen
- Thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting and planning
- Ideally, previous experience of selling building products or within the home restoration market
