Right now, we have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the child and youth Immunisation team and take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the national immunisations register.

Based at Talbot Park the immunisation administrator works alongside the local immunisation team, primary care and community health providers as well as regional and national immunisation colleagues.

The role manages the immunisation register, collates reports and manages the reporting system to ensure correct and complete information regarding immunisations is recorded.

The person in this role will need be a savvy computer user and have experience with data entry and able to produce accurate reports. The ability to interact in a positive and friendly manner, both face to face and by phone is also required

The success factors for the role include:

- Ability to work to deadlines with a keen eye for detail
- Can take direction well and work as a part of a team
- Able to liase with internal and external stakeholders of Te Whatu Ora - South Canterbury with a focus on excellent customer service and delivery
- Maintains the strictest Confidentiality
