TRC Toyota in Levin requires a committed, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. As well as selling new and used vehicles, accessories and our great range of Finance and Insurance options, you will need to be a customer focused legend.

As the successful applicant you will need the following skills and attributes:
First impressions are very important so you will need to be well presented and love talking to people and building relationships.

Have a passion for sales and meeting people.

A hunger to learn and develop.

Great attention to detail.

Ability to self-motivate, be target orientated, mentally strong and thrive on interaction.

Ability to learn about and sell our products and their advantages

Able to work every second Saturday and have a flexible approach to hours as they are not the normal 8-5:30.

You will need to have a full clean driver's licence

A great work ethic mixed with some resilience and fortitude

Some experience in sales / finance / insurance / customer service would be advantageous, however fantastic training and induction is part of the package.

What does the role involve?

You will be selling new and used vehicles, accessories, finance, insurance, warranty and extra care products. Alongside this you will be building great relationships with your team and our customers, prospecting for new customers, answering internet inquiries and be a key person in the day to day running of our sales department and dealership. You won't get bored, make no mistake - it’s busy, but also a very rewarding position

What do we offer you?

We offer a great training programme both internally and also at Toyota New Zealand head office. The training is thorough - we won't let you go out to sell until you are fully trained and feel confident in your role.

We will guarantee your first 3 months of commissions to let you have a great amount of time to spend on training and learning the sales processes.
