Oaks Hotel Wellington are looking to expand their Housekeeping team, with multiple Full and Part time Housekeeping Attendant positions now available.
The Housekeeping department plays a vital role in guest satisfaction, ensuring that productivity is achieved on a daily basis and rooms are cleaned to meet the high standards of Minor Hotels.
**Daily tasks and duties of the role**:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms including making beds, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming to a superior standard
- Replenishing all amenities
- Cleaning common areas of the hotel
- Assist with any housekeeping enquiries and request
**Qualifications**:
- Previous Housekeeping or professional cleaning experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
- Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster
