**Job Description**:
Auckland Harbour Suites are looking for multiple full-time Housekeeping/In Room Cleaners to join their team.

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour (based on experience)
Minimum 40 hours per week (paid on an hourly basis)
Location: 16 Gore Street, Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand

The Housekeeping department plays a vital role in guest satisfaction, ensuring that productivity is achieved on a daily basis and rooms are cleaned to meet the high standards of Minor Hotels.

**Daily tasks and duties of the role**:

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms including making beds, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming to a superior standard
- Replenishing all amenities
- Assist with any housekeeping enquiries and requests

**Qualifications**:
**Required skills and experience**:

- Previous Housekeeping experience (desired however not required)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
- Availability to work on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
