**The Role**
As a Business Partner, you will provide support and advice to partners, managers and team members on a range of people and culture related issues from performance management, talent management and salary advice and support. Your day-to-day will provide a mix of operational HR support as well as leading or being involved in projects such as inclusion and wellbeing, engagement and onboarding just to name a few This role can provide you with exposure to a wide variety of work and opportunities to lead and deliver on our strategic initiatives.

**About You**
- Solid and demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role, previous experience in a professional services firm would help you hit the ground running (Ideally 2+ years working as an HR Business Partner)
- You will provide expertise and influence through the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives
- Experience coaching leaders to deliver on their people plans in line with business objectives
- Sound knowledge of NZ Employment legislation
- Demonstrated relationship building and stakeholder engagement
