An exciting opportunity has come up with our client in the public service sector, for an HR Business Partner to join the HR team. A generalist role, the focuses will be on providing excellent HR support to leaders across your portfolio, supporting on projects, and collaborating on HR strategies with the wider HR team.
Reporting into the Director of People, the HR Business Partner will support a portfolio of 170 people, and will hit the ground running when it comes to providing best practice HR advice and guidance. Flexible and adaptable, you will be comfortable providing support across positive changes in the business, with the opportunity to be involved with OD projects too.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
- 2-6 years HR experience at the BP or Senior Advisor level
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a business
- Comfortable presenting
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with a change environment
- Collaborative and a team player
