We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team, based in Petone

In this role, you will be continuing to build and develop ongoing relationships with our clients supporting the Branch Manager. This role is initially predominantly a phone/office-based role with onsite visits and meetings involved once your experience and knowledge of the industry and products develop.

This is a challenging and rewarding position with specific sales and marketing targets to achieve. It will require someone who is confident, personable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

**To be considered for this opportunity, you will have**:

- +2 years of sales and account management experience
- Plenty of competitive drive and resilience to grow and achieve sales targets
- Outstanding communication/relationship building skills in a phone-based sales role.
- Proven flair and competence in managing existing clients
- Strong organisation skills, capable of updating the CRM system will all activities, calls, quotes etc.
- Industry background or knowledge of Access/EWP machines would be an advantage
- A clean driver's license, a satisfactory police check, and a pre-employment drug test
- A great attitude, sense of humour and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

MAC will offer a remuneration package (including a company vehicle) with a transparent commission structure, which will reflect your success, your ability to drive sales autonomously and work effectively with our transport and operations team
