We are seeking experienced positive, friendly and enthusiastic Night Manager on a full-time basis for AVANI Metropolis Auckland Residences. You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our guests.

Hourly Rate: $26 - $28 + Kiwisaver + Company Benefits

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct guest arrivals and departures during night shift
- Confidently provide personalised, proactive guest service
- Impart your knowledge and recommendations about the hotel, its facilities and the local area including restaurants and attractions
- Ensure guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively
- Work unsupervised and exercise initiative

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in Front Office Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
