**What you will be doing**:

- Working collaboratively with product managers, data analysts, software engineers, UX researchers and other designers
- Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven and results-oriented culture
- Actively contributing to our evolving growth design and experimentation practice
- Creating product designers, prototypes and conducting UX research
- Designing and facilitating collaborative design and ideation workshops
- Contributing to our design system development

**What you will bring**:

- A portfolio demonstrates impeccable foundational design skills (typography, colour, layout, interactions)
- Experience working in a data-driven culture or a growth design practice
- Proficiency in ideation techniques, collaborative design, and workshop facilitation
- Experience working with and/or building and maintaining a Design System and comfort using Figma with Libraries
- Familiarity with a variety of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and methodologies, including canvases, ideation, personas and journey maps
- An understanding of atomic principles, web development and agile methodologies
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Collaboration, team work and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
