The Role

Own the end-to-end product experience: design great UI/UX, help get it shipped, and prove it works. You'll move features from idea → Figma → code → measurable outcomes, and you'll "own the final mile" by testing in staging to ensure what ships matches the experience you intended.

We also love "vibe-coding" - quick, scrappy prototypes (in Figma or lightweight code) to explore interaction, motion, and spacing before over-polishing. If you enjoy sketching in code or building clickable prototypes to feel the flow, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Design product UI/UX:
  user flows, states, IA, microcopy, Figma.
• Ship effectively:
  write clear specs, collaborate closely with engineers, test in staging to validate the end-to-end experience, and prepare release notes to keep users informed.
• Measure performance:
  define success metrics, ensure events are instrumented, read funnels/retention, and propose iterations that increase conversions or user retention.
• Continuous improvement:
  run lightweight usability checks, fix top UX issues, and raise quality bars over time.
• User-driven product feedback loop:
  talk to customers and subject-matter experts within the team to understand how to improve UX and execute on it

What You'll Also Touch

• Design system
  basics (components/tokens) to speed delivery.
• Product marketing
  when needed (feature pages, release notes, marketing materials, and in-app messaging to boost conversions).
• Growth experiments:
  run lightweight PLG experiments or A/B tests to improve activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Knowledge base & explainers:
  draft article templates, storyboards, and simple explainer-video outlines to help users succeed.
• (Supportive work, not the main event.)

What You'll Bring

• Portfolio of
  design work
  (ideally B2B/SaaS)
• Strong interaction design + visual craft; clear written specs and dev handoff.
• Comfort testing your own designs in real environments and filing tight issues.
• Strong understanding of complex products and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to define simple product metrics, read analytics, and connect insights to next steps.
• Bonus: you enjoy quick
  vibe-code
  prototypes (Figma + basic front-end comfort welcome, not required).
