**Who you would be working with**:
The Squiz creative services team helps clients succeed through user-centred, data-driven UX, UI, content and strategy. The Senior UX designer is a client-facing role working within and across development squads. You’ll be part of a terrific global creative and consulting team and will work with clients in Australia, New Zealand and beyond. You’ll have the freedom to propel your own projects, with the support of the project managers and collaborative colleagues.

We are looking for an analytically minded, user-oriented and pragmatic UX superstar to work across a diverse set of clients in a broad range of industries, typically within very large and complex digital environments.
The role will span UX activities such as stakeholder engagement, analytics, discovery workshops, user research, content, IA design, journey mapping, wireframing (hi-fi UI design would be an added bonus) prototyping and usability testing.

**For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate**:

- Significant experience leading UX-related activities on enterprise projects, including preparing and facilitating in-person or remote workshops, interviews and usability testing sessions, or undertaking IA design for large or complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to clearly tell the design story, articulate key findings, deliver recommendations, and write or audit content.
- Wireframing and rapid prototyping skills, using software like Figma or XD.
- Professional experience in an agency environment or in government, education or large corporations would be well regarded.
- Strong influencing and consulting experience.

**What you would do**:

- Lead a project’s UX activities from presales through to implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities, and facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders, users and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct user research activities including interviews, contextual inquiries and usability testing
- Analyse, interpret and report on research findings
- Design feasible, implementable and user-centred digital experiences
- Contribute to quotes and proposals, and scoping and selling of projects
- Educate clients and internal teams in UX best practice, methodologies and processes
