Supervisor

**Main tasks of job**:Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees work with assistance of store manager.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining systems and records.
- Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
- Provides support to sales associates during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise.
- Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirement.
- Contribute and lead the team effort.
- Deputise for the Store Manager in his/her absence.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering the financial objectives and target
- Assist the hiring, firing and disciplinary aspects, as well as performing routine scheduled performance reviews.
- Responsible for scheduling, staffing and supervising duties along with ensuring that all store operations are handled effectively.
- Maintain direct contact with customers and assist them to ensure a positive shopping experience

Other Skills
- Knowledge about liquor legislation and policies

Good customer service and leadership qualities will lead to get good professional skills in the role

Inventory knowledge is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
