**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- 5+ Years proven experience in a similar role within construction, rigging, or renewable energy sectors, with relevant qualifications.
- You will have NZ Qualifications in Rigging
- Demonstrated leadership ability, motivating and mentoring teams towards a culture of continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of rigging standards and regulations.
- A flexible approach to handle unexpected challenges and provide decisive direction to teams.
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Aptitude for building robust client relationships.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Possess a full, clean driver’s license.
