**About the role**
- The Community Respiratory Nurse has a speciality focus in respiratory management within primary care
- The role will be working autonomously and collaboratively with the General Practice Team to provide Respiratory nursing support and assessment with the Medical Centres and Outreach Clinics

**About you**
- You are a Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, and able to work with a wide range of people in different settings.
- Minimal 3 years clinical work experience
- Nursing experience and knowledge in respiratory disease and management
