About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? Sanitarium is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that inspires and resources our community to experience happy, healthy lives.
This is a part-time role offering 36 hours per week, based at our Royal Oak office.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Entering supplier invoices into SAP
- Processing weekly EFT payments and reconciling accounts
- Managing vendor accounts and employee expense claims
- Maintaining and reconciling the Zeno credit card system
- Handling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting reception and broader AP functions
- Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 12 months of practical experience in a similar role
- Strong data input skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus
- A bookkeeping qualification is desirable but not essential
