We’re looking for a **Bakery Manager **to join our **Countdown Pukekohe South **team

**About You | Mōu**

**As well as a passion for people and baking we are looking for our new leader to have**
- Previous baking experience as well as ordering, stocktake and rostering systems
- Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload
- The ability to train and motivate a winning team

**From bread and cakes to pastries you will be joining a hands on and customer focused department where no two days are the same. A day in the life of a Bakery Manager could look like**
- Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI’s, ordering, stock taking and rostering
- Ensure the best level of service for our bakery customers
- Train and develop staff in your department including fellow Bakers & Apprentices
- Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices

**The hours and days for this Bakery Manager position are**

Tuesday to Saturday 0500-1430
