We're looking for a talented bakery focused cook to join our team. Someone who can craft delicious baked goods and cafe food to complement our award winning Gelato.

About Us

We're South Auckland's hub for handcrafted Gelato with a cafe in Pukekohe and scoop store in Takanini. Our menu consists of savoury cafe favourites, freshly baked sweets, and artisan Gelato.

About the Role

You'll take the lead early in the mornings producing our cafe items from slices, cakes, and biscuits to savoury items like sandwiches, bagels and focaccias. With growth opportunities to step into helping make gelato.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a bakery, cafe, or kitchen environment
  • Solid baking and prep skills both sweet and savoury
  • Creativity and pride in presentation
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to assist with new menu items for the cafe and gelato side
  • Full driver's licence
