**12-Month Fixed-Term Opportunity**
Reporting to the Revenue Analysis Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting that empowers senior leaders to navigate an increasingly complex and competitive landscape. Based in our **Faculty of Arts & Education**, you will focus on the financial implications of teaching revenue, while also contributing to central performance reporting and broader Faculty planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Financial Planning & Analysis**: Partner with stakeholders, monitor budgets and forecasts, and deliver clear, actionable financial insights.
- ** Business Case Support**: Ensure business cases are robust, data-driven, and aligned with strategic goals.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline financial and operational processes, supporting continuous improvement.
- ** Strategic Business Partnering**:Build strong relationships across the University, delivering excellent service and enhancing financial literacy.
- ** Team Mentorship**:Provide coaching and guidance to fellow analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

This is a full-time permanent role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
**He kōrero mōu | About you**
You have a passion for planning & analysis, strong attention to detail, and well-developed analytical skills. You enjoy teamwork but can also work autonomously and across different management levels.
You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a service-oriented mindset. The role requires the ability to build relationships, work under pressure, meet regular and demanding deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.

The pay range is $88,000-$99,800pa
