We are looking for a Test Manager for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand. Our client is a Global IT giant with a large presence all over the world.

**Short Description**:
Our is seeking a Test Manager who has proven experience in planning (Analysis, Test Planning and Organization) and Execution (Monitoring, Issue Management and Reporting) for a client in New Zealand using Web Content Management (Sitecore) technologies. You will work with the client in identifying the required quality standards and ensure the team works in meeting the same. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. You will be a key point of contact between Infosys and the client and will need to understand and communicate complex technical

**Required Qualifications**:

- Organize the testing process. Project and Test management experience.
- Planning, Co ordination and Control of various test activities.
- Development and definition of suitable test methods.
- Documentation of test activities and preparation of results.
- Definition and monitoring of quality goals.
- Ensuring high quality products are delivered to clients.
- Experience in working on migration projects.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Coach teams on writing user stories with acceptance criteria for meeting the quality goals.
- Experience working with Performance Testing Strategy and Execution.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possessing minimum 8+ years of experience, with 2 years working with web content
- management testing.
- Experienced in driving programs in complex multi-vendor environment.
- Ability to manage global, multi-vendor, high-risk programs involving complex dependencies.
- Skilled to interface with multiple business units, organizations, and multiple specialist groups within the organization as well as within the client organization.
- Ability to work closely with senior Business Leaders, IT Partners, vendors and peers for the project, the customer and the transition team (onshore and offshore).
- Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that program meets the defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
- Ability to manage critical/high risks that may arise during the program and successfully execute the program without impacting the overalls schedule or quality.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
